At Mt. Sinai Family Dental, we pride ourselves on providing you with a clean and warm environment. We have spent a lot of time designing comfortable waiting areas and treatment rooms as well as utilize state-of-the-art sterilization procedures to assure patient safety.
Staff:
We have a very experienced front desk staff and office manager who can answer any of your appointment, insurance, and financial questions. Our patient care staff are warm, friendly and willing to address your comfort and dental needs.
Appointments:
If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at (631) 331-8989.
Insurance:
Our knowledgeable office manager will answer all of your insurance and financial questions.
Cancellation:
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment time to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without providing us with sufficient advance notice.
Financial:
Payment is due at the time that services are rendered. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
